NationwideEPC started out life supplying Residential Energy Performance Certificates directly to homeowners and landlords. We work with a relatively small network that has grown to several hundred Independent Energy Assessors and strive to look after their interests above our own.
Over the time that we have known our Assessors it has emerged that many of them have other skills such as Surveys, Gas Safety Certificates & Inventories and so we have added those services into our portfolio.
As we grew and became well known in the industry we have been asked for more specialist services and have grown our Commercial arm with many of our Commercial Assessors also performing additional services such as Air Conditioning Inspections, Air Tightness Testing, Leaseplans, SBEM calculations and SAP Assessments as well as of course Commercial Energy Performance Certifictes.
