We are so confident about our prices that we show them without a long winded quotation process. We charge a simple, fixed fee of £59.00 inc VAT for a single Residential property of up to 4 bedrooms. Each additional bedroom is £10. We offer a 3 day service as standard but Next Day appointments are often available and at no additional charge.
We offer discounts for multiple properties and repeat volume.

You can order your EPC On-Line or over the Telephone
Once you have placed and paid for your order you will receive order confirmation via email. One of our local Energy Assessors will then contact you, normally within 1 working day to arrange a convenient date and time for the inspection (evening and weekend appointments available).
When completed the EPC will be emailed to you and if applicable also your Estate/Letting Agent. The email contains a link to download the EPC directly from the Governments Central EPC Register, ensuring authenticity.
